MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police have arrested a second suspect in a double homicide last week on the city’s north side.
Police said the 30-year-old man turned himself in on Sunday after officers worked with his family to make an arrest.
Authorities had been searching for the suspect since he was seen fleeing the scene where 56-year-old Eddie James Pelmore and 47-year-old Odell Frazier were found dead inside a vehicle last Wednesday. Both men died of gunshot wounds to the head.
Twenty-one-year-old Brian Deshawn Morse of Chicago was arrested shortly after the shooting. He’s charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
It wasn’t immediately known if Morse has an attorney.
