Man threatens to jump out of building

A man reportedly threatened to jump out of an eighth floor back window at Shady Oaks, 800 S. Fourth Ave., at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports. Authorities were able to help the man out of the building before any injuries occurred.

Car damaged

A car was reported keyed at Hanson Tire Service, 224 E. Clark St., at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
