Voters show ID when they register

I find it rather amusing if Mark Ritchie, our secretary of state would have demanded that everyone must have a photo ID, the teapartyers and Republicans would have said that the government is taking over.
They flip-flop on everything, unless it’s their idea.
Let’s think about some other things in volved with this issue.
1. It will involve millions of dollars to put those machines everywhere.
2. Will the machine tell us if the voter is a felon?
3. Will the machine tell if the voter is registered?
4. If the voter hasn’t voted for four years, your name may have been dropped from the voting list, or if you have moved you have to reregister. And that is really the most important part, voting in the right precinct.
5. When you register you have to pledge that you are an American citizen, are 18, give your full name, home address, write your Minnesota Drivers license number, state that you have lived in your address over 30 days and give the last four numbers of your Social Security number.
6. So why would you need a voter ID if you are already registered to vote?
