Criminal damage reported 

Criminal damage to property was reported at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at 707 Water St.

Black spray paint was reported on the east side of 711 Water St. at 5:46 p.m. Tuesday.

Windows were reported broken along with other damage at 3:49 p.m. Monday at 2302 Ethel Ave.

 

Injury crash reported

A crash with injuries was reported at 5:13 p.m. Monday near the intersection of East Main Street and Blake Avenue. Police cited William Marshall Robertson, 69, with no proof of insurance and improper lane change.

1 cited for drug paraphernalia

Albert Lea police cited Daniel Gerald Fehlberg, 26, for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:57 p.m. Monday at 522 Prospect Ave.

 

Man arrested for assault

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Christopher Robert Hernandez for domestic assault at 3:22 a.m. Tuesday at 80572 Second Ave., Gordonsville.

 

Book bag stolen

A book bag was reported stolen at 12:49 p.m. Monday from a locker at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane. The incident reportedly happened Friday.
