Ken Bybee of Albert Lea was recently awarded a Certificate of Volunteer Appreciation from RSVP at Senior Resources of Freeborn County for 772 hours of volunteer service through the ride services program for the period of September 2014 to April 2015. Bybee has been a volunteer driver for ride services since 2007 and routinely volunteers five days a week transporting seniors to medical and other appointments.
