Man arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richard R. Rubio for second-degree driving while intoxicated test refusal after a vehicle reportedly went into the ditch at 9:22 p.m. Wednesday at 88089 258th St.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:59 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street.
