Frank Hall Park was buzzing with activity Saturday during the first-ever Just Play! festival. The festival featured games and activities for children, including art, a rock wall and dancing, among others. Canoes and kayaks were available for use through Albert Lea Community Education, and the Kennel Club of Freeborn County gave demonstrations with several of their dogs. The event was held in conjunction with a bike rodeo, where children could get fitted for free helmets and more than 40 used bikes were given away.
