Man arrested after stolen vehicle found
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Ka Paw Moo, 20, at 1:09 p.m. Friday at 358 S. Hillcrest Circle in Clarks Grove after reportedly recovering a stolen vehicle.

for DWI
Albert Lea police arrested Theresa Marie Rasmussen, 31, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:05 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Janson Street and South First Avenue.
Police arrested Eh Law Hla, 29, for driving while intoxicated at 12:08 a.m. Monday at 314 E. Third St.
Cougar spotted
Albert Lea police received a report of a cougar that was seen north across Windsor Road sometime overnight on Sunday.
Thefts reported
A theft was reported at 10:10 a.m. Friday at 13383 690th Ave., Emmons.
A newspaper rack was reported stolen at 1:03 p.m. Friday from 920 S. Broadway.
Items were reported missing out of a garage at 12:46 p.m. Sunday at 935 Jefferson Ave.
Prescriptions were reported stolen at 11:17 p.m. Sunday at 707 Water St.
Tools were reported stolen from a construction trailer at 1:36 p.m. Monday at 319 W. Main St.
A wallet was reported stolen out of a car at 9:01 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Ruble Avenue.
Woman cited for shoplifting
Police cited Angela Marie Calderon Medrano, 30, for shoplifting at 1:27 p.m. Friday from 2526 Bridge Ave.

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 3:21 p.m. Friday at 1811 E. Main St.
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 3:32 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Phone lines were reported cut at 8:59 a.m. Monday at 222 Main St., Emmons.

A vehicle was reported broken into at 4 a.m. Sunday on Main Street in Emmons. The front window was smashed, and a phone was missing.
Damage reported
Vandalism was reported at 6:54 a.m. Monday at 506 Depot St., Twin Lakes.
A window was reported damaged at 12:33 p.m. Friday at 1720 Stevens St.
Dog attacks another dog
A dog was reportedly attacked and bit by another dog at 5:24 p.m. Saturday at 409 W. College St.
