Marjorie lived in the Albert Lea and Austin areas for the majority of her life. She held jobs at Godfather’s Pizza in Austin and Trades and Labor Credit Union in Albert Lea. For the last 15 years, she and Michael traveled often and wintered in Quartzsite, Arizona.
Marjorie enjoyed working with rocks — cutting, polishing and making jewelry out of them. She also was skilled at doing macramé work. In her free time she supported youth baseball in Albert Lea by attending games often. Marjorie loved having her family all together and spending quality time with them.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Michael Butts; sons Thomas Butts (Jaime) and Todd Butts (Cherri); grandchildren Taylor, Makenna, Ryan, Kailey, Jasmine, Colton and Macey; brother, Jerry Schupp; and many other close relatives.
