Theft reported

An alleged theft was reported to Albert Lea police at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday at 703 E. Main St. in Albert Lea. The alleged victim said she lost her wallet at Walgreens. She said she received a call from her credit card company saying her card was being used at Shopko in Austin. The alleged victim said she was currently trying to contact her bank.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Rocky Marciano Martinez was arrested after the Albert Lea Police Department received a report of a man beating up a woman at 1:01 p.m. Wednesday at 113 Thompson Lane.
