Panthers senior wide receiver looks to make playoff run
Q: What grade are you in?
A: Senior.
Q: What town do you live in, and which school do you attend?
A: Ellendale and NRHEG.
Q: Who is your immediate family?
A: Bob, Lori, Kristina and Katie Cole.
Q: Which sports do you play?
A: Football, basketball and track.
Q: What is your favorite part of playing football?
A: Playing with my friends and winning football games.
Q: What has playing football taught you?
A: It has taught me how to work as a team.
Q: What’s your favorite sports memory?
A: Catching my first touchdown on varsity against Faribault Bethlehem Academy for 52 yards.
Q: Which game are you looking forward to most this year?
A: Hopefully Waterville in the playoffs.
Q: How did you get started in football?
A: I have always loved football and I started in fifth grade.
Q: What sports did your family members play?
A: My dad played football and basketball. My sisters played volleyball, basketball, track and softball.
Q: What are your sports-related achievements?
A: As a sophomore and junior I was Most Improved Basketball Player, and Most Valuable in track my junior year.
Q: What are your sports-related goals?
A: To make it to state in football, basketball and track.
Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete? Why?
A: Rob Gronkowski. I love the way he plays and how no one can cover him.
Q: What are your college plans? Major?
A: I might want to play football or basketball somewhere. For my major I’m leaning toward accounting.
Q: What is your favorite school subject?
A: Math.
Q: Who is your favorite teacher?
A: Mr. Churchill.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Hunting, fishing and sports.
Q: What is your dream job?
A: Play wide receiver for the Vikings.
Q: What is your favorite TV show?
A: “The Office.”

A: People call me “Panda.”
