Registration for the winter sports season began Oct. 5 for grades seven through 12 at Albert Lea High School, according to a press release.

Seven varsity sports will be offered.

The deadline to register for girls’ hockey will be Oct. 26; boys’ basketball and boys’ hockey, Nov. 9; wrestling and girls’ basketball, Nov. 16; boys’ swimming, Nov. 30; and the deadline for the dance team was Monday.

Paper versions of athletic and fine at registration will no longer be accepted.
