One arrested

Albert Lea police arrested Aura Marie Davis, 34, at 8:46 a.m. Monday at 210 S. Third Ave. She was arrested after she allegedly assaulted a male.

 

Possession of drug paraphernalia reported

Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at 9:43 a.m. Monday at Albert Lea High School.

 

Two arrested on warrant

Police arrested Jose Adan Mendoza, 18, on a local warrant for third-degree assault at 2:15 p.m. Monday at the Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center. Mendoza was escorted to jail.

Police arrested Joshua David Scott, 27, on a local warrant for misdemeanor theft and petty misdemeanor drugs and Jessica Sue Iverson, 29, for fifth-degree possession and theft at 7:31 p.m. Monday at 2011 E. Main St.

 

Thefts reported

A phone was reported stolen at 4:19 p.m. Monday at 1102 Sykes St. The phone was reportedly stolen from a workplace.

An iPad with a cracked screen was reported taken from a car at 7:27 p.m. at 710 Jefferson Ave. The iPad was reportedly taken at around 1:30 p.m.

 

Criminal damage to property reported

Tires were reported slashed at 4:32 p.m. Monday at 111 Lake Ave. The incident reportedly occurred the night before.
