ST. PAUL  — A 27-year-old man is under arrest in a fatal shooting outside a St. Paul bar over the weekend.

According to a press release, the man was arrested in Crystal Monday morning on suspicion of murder. He has not been charged.

Police responded to a reported shooting Saturday around 2 a.m. and found a man shot in the parking lot of Arnellia’s Bar. He was pronounced dead at Regions Hospital.

The Ramsey County medical examiner will identify the victim.
