Minnesota-based City Auto Glass is pleased to announce that company ownership has been opened to all employees. Effective December 2015, the ownership of city auto glass has been sold to an employee stock ownership program. This effectively places ownership in the hands of all employees.

“City Auto Glass has served Rochester and the surrounding area for 25 years,” Mark St. Peter, a previous co-owner based in Rochester, said. “We have employees who have been with us for many of those years. Converting to an employee stock ownership program enables all our associates to fully participate in the success they help create.”

“Were it not for the attention to detail and the strict adherence to auto glass standards by our technicians and staff, the growth of City Auto Glass would not have been possible,” said Jay Lingle, the other Rochester based former co-owner.
