The Arc offers DirectCourse classes to anyone who is a family member, direct support staff or individual with intellectual or developmental disabilities. According to a press release, the free, self-paced and customizable online training courses cover areas such a community inclusion, performance coaching and support on the job, positive behavior support and an introduction to the Jensen Settlement Agreement.
