Theft by fraud reported
Unauthorized credit card charges totaling an estimated $99.99 were reported at 9:09 a.m. Tuesday at 1309 Abbott St.
Theft of money from a checking account was reported at 9:07 a.m. Tuesday at 141 First Ave. NW in Glenville.
A stolen check from Florida was reported cashed at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday at 122 E. Main St.
1 arrested on warrant
Albert Lea police arrested Javier Manuel Rodriguez, 30, on a warrant for assault at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.
Marijuana found
Marijuana was reportedly found at 1:57 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart. Someone had reportedly left it Monday night.
Outdoor light cut, bulb taken
An outdoor light was reportedly cut and a bulb stolen at 8:39 p.m. Monday at 205 W. Main St. in Clarks Grove.
Scam reported
A scam was reported at 12:47 p.m. Tuesday at 101 S. Central Ave. in Geneva. A call was reportedly received that said someone’s daughter had been badly hurt and needed money.
