In accordance with the proclamation issued by President Barack Obama, Gov. Mark Dayton has ordered all U.S. flags and Minnesota flags be immediately flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, in honor and remembrance of Antonin Scalia, associate justice of the United States Supreme Court. Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of Justice Scalia’s internment.
