4 arrested on warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Faustino Moreno Jr., 48, on a local warrant for a domestic abuse no contact order violation at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday at 707 Bridge Ave.

Police arrested Jamie John Kujak, 27, on a Winona County warrant at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

Police arrested Anthony Charles Metcalf, 31, on a local warrant at 10:27 p.m. Tuesday at 321 E. Second St. Metcalf was also charged with fifth-degree drug possession and possession of marijuana.

Police arrested Oscar Paul Delossantos Jr., 20, on local warrants at 1:48 a.m. today at the intersection of East Fourth Street and James Avenue.

 

Assault reported

An assault was reported at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday at 2708 Bridge Ave. A man reportedly pushed a customer out of his way. The case is under investigation.

Theft reported

A theft was reported at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School. More information wasn’t available at press time.

 

2 cited for disorderly conduct

Albert Lea police cited two juveniles for disorderly conduct at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School.

 

Attempted burglary reported

An attempted burglary was reported at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday at 25585 Minnesota Highway 13 in Manchester. Damage was reported done to a door.

 

ATV stolen

An ATV was reported stolen at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday at 76307 150th St. The ATV, valued at $2,000, is reportedly white with a red frame.
