Kudos to the Sentence to Serve program and the Freeborn County Board of Commissioners for keeping the program. As president of the Shades of Jade Regional Garden Club, we have called upon Sentence to Serve to help us maintain the beauty of Higbie Garden. Janelle and her crew have done a fabulous job. We realize this program isn’t free, and we are thankful for the continuance of this program. Stop out and visit Higbie Garden at Shoff Park on the west side of Albert Lea. It’s a beautiful site!
