Rosa Navarrete

Rosa Navarrete, 35, of Albert Lea died Friday, April 29, 2016, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at St. Theodore Catholic Church in Albert Lea.

Ron Sime

Ron Sime, 75, died Monday, May 2, 2016, at his home in rural Rake, Iowa. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m.  Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in rural Kiester. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Mittelstadt Funeral Home in Lake Mills, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery with military honors by the Rake American Legion honor guard.

Carol Battenfeld

Carol Battenfeld, 72, of Hartland died Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in New Richland. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church. Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
