2 arrested on warrants

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Cruz Stephen Honsey, 21, on an arrest warrant at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center, 411 S. Broadway.

Albert Lea police arrested Jorge Luis Acosta Valdes, 50, on a Waseca County warrant for failure to appear at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Freeborn County Fairgrounds.

Vehicle gone through

A vehicle was reported gone through at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea. Nothing was reported damaged or taken. The door was reportedly left open.

 

Theft by fraud reported

Fraudulent charges were reported made on a debit card at 4:24 p.m. Tuesday at 214 E. Fifth St. A $373.95 loss was reported. The fraudulent charges were reportedly made from Princeton and Elk River Walmart.

 

1 arrested on violation

Police arrested Holly Marie Nelson, 33, on an apprehension and detention order at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at 612 Ruble Ave. Nelson was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
