Alden-Conger supermileage team breaks state records

The Alden-Conger supermileage team broke a state record at the Minnesota Technology and Engineering Educators Association supermileage contest in Brainerd.
The team placed first in the modified class with a distance of 2,480 mpg, which is a new state record, according to a press release. The previous record was 1,333 mpg.
The team also placed first in the stock class category with 2,135 mpg, which is also a new stateĀ record. The previous record was 864 mpg.
In addition, the team placed first in the electric class with a 7,386 mpg equivalent.
