Items stolen

A handgun was reported stolen at 7:49 p.m. Wednesday at 77281 170th St., outside Albert Lea.

A flute was reported stolen at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday at 1601 W. Main St. The flute was reportedly stolen May 10.

An iPad 2 was reported stolen at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday at Snyder Field. Estimated value is $200.

A credit card was reported stolen at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday at 285 N. Broadway in Alden. The card was reportedly stolen from a van on May 2.

Money was reported stolen at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday at 285 N. Broadway in Alden.

 

1 arrested for probation violation

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Joshua James Schwarz, 21, on a probation violation at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Freeborn County Law Enforcement Center.

 

3 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Tanya Marie Meyering, 33, and Joe Anthony Garcia, 28, on felony Faribault County warrants for drugs at 2:46 p.m. Tuesday in Alden.

Deputies arrested Levi James Sprague, 26, on a Blue Earth County warrant and Stacy Jo Erdner, 25, for domestic assault 6:28 p.m. Tuesday at 110 Lincoln Ave. in Alden.

 

1 arrested for trespassing

Albert Lea police arrested Joseph Raymond Klein, 29, for trespassing at 2:38 p.m. Wednesday at 203 Elizabeth Ave. Klein was reportedly served order for protection papers and reportedly violated the order before leaving.

 

1 arrested for drunken driving

Deputies arrested Lynette Marie Olson, 49, for driving while intoxicated at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday at 110 Lincoln Ave.

 

Windows damaged

A couple of windows in a house were reported possibly shot out with a BB gun at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday at 114 Morningside Road. Damage was estimated at $320.
