Senior Resources’ Family Caregivers Network will host support groups Thursday for area caregivers. There are two support group meetings to choose from, one at 1:30 p.m. and another at 3 p.m.. Both will take place in the conference room at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community. If caregivers would like to bring their care recipient, supervision and refreshments are provided in an adjacent room during the support group meeting.

According to a press release, the groups meet on the third Thursday of each month and offer encouragement and ideas for those providing care for another, whether that person is at home or has moved to an alternate living facility. For more information, call Senior Resources at 377-7433.
