The main elevator at City Hall will be undergoing replacement beginning Monday. The elevator will not be accessible until mid-October. Library patrons should use the elevator in the library to access the third and second floors.

Elevator access to the first floor will not be available. Those needing services from inspections or engineering should park in the parking area on Fountain Street. There will be minimal issues with hallway access and the stairs will be available.

The city apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause.

Patrons should note the library has a drive- up book return in the parking area on Fountain Street. The utilities department has an envelope drop for your water bill at the front entrance on Clark Street for your convenience.
