UPDATE: The Amber Alert issued earlier today for a missing 5-year-old girl in Meeker County has been canceled.

According to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the body of the child was found in Cass County.

The vehicle has been found and the suspect arrested.

EARLIER STORY: An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 5-year-old from Watkins in Meeker County, according to a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension press release.

The child is believed to have been abducted by family friend Zachary Todd Anderson, a 26-year-old white male driving a stolen white GMC Sierra with a license plate reading 107KMT. Their last known location was somewhere in Todd County.
