I don’t know who owns the St. Paul Clothing building, but they have been working on it for a long time. Since it is a historical building, I was hoping they would paint the original sign before they can’t see it anymore. Also, those two white boards between the windows on the second level are an eyesore. They need to be painted like the rest of it.
