Files, flags and other items were reported missing at 12:21 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea American Legion. A suspect was identified.

An apparent dog bite to a person’s wrist was reported at 6:57 p.m. Thursday at 404 Fountain St.

Police cited Arycka Ranae Clark, 19, for disorderly conduct at 8:24 p.m. Thursday at 316 W. College St.
