An Albert Lea man was injured in a rollover crash Sunday in Waseca.
Marc R. Heather, 39, was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato with an injury deemed not life-threatening.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Heather was driving a 1995 Ford truck loaded with sweet corn north on Minnesota Highway 13 when the vehicle apparently had a mechanical problem. The vehicle hit the shoulder, the load shifted and the truck rolled, causing the sweet corn to be dumped from the vehicle shortly after 12:30 p.m. Sunday on the south edge of Waseca.
Highway 13 was blocked in the area until 3:15 p.m. Waseca Fire Department, Waseca County Sheriff’s Office, Waseca Police Department and North Ambulance assisted on scene.
Heather was wearing his seatbelt, the report states.
