Albert Lea police arrested Hsa Blut Htoo, 20, for second-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 10:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street.

Police cited Nyariri Kong Thor, 22, for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 2:29 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fenton Avenue and East Main Street.

Police arrested Arycka Clark for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported at 7:27 p.m. Monday at 316 W. College St.

Albert Lea police arrested Matthew Jose Mendoza, 18, on a local warrant for disorderly conduct after a suspicious person was reported at 12:28 p.m. Friday at 601 E. Fifth St. 

Police arrested Jason Michael Hedum, 29, on a local warrant at 3:02 p.m. Saturday at 933 Jefferson Ave.

Lawrence Silace Kostohryz, 35, turned himself in on a warrant at 4:55 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Law enforcement arrested Omar Rodriguez, 22, on a local warrant at 11:55 p.m. Monday at 221 E. Clark St.

Police arrested Tyler Thomas Osmundson, 23, on a local warrant for felony receiving stolen property at 9:24 p.m. Monday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Police arrested Randy Alan Adams, 57, on a local warrant for violating conditions of probation at 11:25 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police arrested Cole Lamont Matthies, 32, for shoplifting after a theft was reported at 9:39 p.m. Monday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Police arrested Jon David Stout, 28, for gross misdemeanor obstruct, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 1:34 a.m. today at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Front Street.

Police cited Robert Dale Knutson, 67, for animal neglect after an animal control complaint was made at 10:55 p.m. Sunday at 1309 W. Clark St.

Police cited Dimitri Antonio Williams Jr., 29, for fifth-degree assault after a fight was reported at 1:47 a.m. Sunday at 134 W. William St.

Police cited Peter Anthony Escobar, 23, for fleeing on foot at 1:21 a.m. Sunday.
