1 arrested for drunken driving
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Roy Allen Matson, 29, for driving while intoxicated and possessing a small amount of marijuana during a traffic stop at 1:02 a.m. today at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and 120th Street, outside Emmons.
1 arrested for theft
Albert Lea police arrested Kimberly Lisa Jameson, 51, for misdemeanor theft after a theft was reported at 10 p.m. Wednesday at Hy-Vee.
3 arrested for violations
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Cheyenne Debra Goodhart after a probation violation was reported at 11:04 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.
Deputies arrested Jacqueline Kaye Clack, 46, after a probation violation was reported at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
Police arrested Chad Allen Hoyt, 43, on an apprehension and detention order after a suspicious person was reported at 1:19 p.m. Wednesday at 202 Adams Ave. Hoyt was cited for fleeing on foot and reportedly tested positive for meth.
Sex crime with a child victim reported
A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday in Albert Lea.
Grave vandalized
A grave was reported vandalized at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Male exposes himself
A nude male reportedly exposed himself at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday at 204 S. Pearl St.
Damage reported
Damage was reported to a home at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday at 701 Larimore Circle. A black box with methamphetamine and a pipe inside the porch was reportedly found. A porch screen was cut, and two pairs of mens shoes and a box of clothing was found inside the house.
A front door was reported smashed and an outer pane of glass broken at 4:46 p.m. Wednesday at 1811 S.E. Broadway.
