Passport to the Parks winners announced

Jonathan, Daphne, Dinah, Aiden and Titus Hartman were the winners of the Albert Lea Park and Recreation Department’s Passport to the Parks drawing. Those who participated in the drawing were encouraged to visit at least 15 different city parks throughout the summer, take a picture at each and submit it for a chance to win a prize. - Provided
