Trinity Lutheran Church in Albert Lea will host a soup and pie supper on Oct. 6. Serving times will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The cost of the meal is $8 for adults, $3 for children ages 3 to 10 and children under the age of 3 are free. A slice of pie is included in the cost of the meal. According to a press release, soups to be served include potato and ham, chili, wild rice, chicken noodle and Boston brown jug cheese.

Lefse will be on sale during both serving times. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities and world hunger.
