The offense was certainly clicking for the Alden-Conger/Glenville-Emmons football team Wednesday night.
The Knights put up 78 points as they routed Lyle-Pacelli, 78-6.
“We took advantage of some turnovers and field position and turned it into points,” said Knights coach Chad Mattson.
The Knights forced five turnovers and scored three touchdowns on either special teams or defense.
“Our defense was a driving force again,” Mattson said. “Our offensive line also overpowered theirs and let us run the ball most of the night.”
The Knights rushed for 327 yards.
AC-GE finished the regular season with a record of 4-4.
Its next game will be Tuesday.
