Overnight rain brings flooding to Albert Lea
Incidents were reported from heavy rain Tuesday night.
A white van was reported stranded in the water at 10:17 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Clark Street and East Main Street.
A wash out was reported from Lakeview Hill onto the roadway at 1:11 a.m. today at 902 Abbott St. Lakeview Boulevard was coned off.
1 arrested for aiding a violation
Freeborn County Sheriff’s office reportedly arrested Niki Jane Solum, 43, for aiding and abetting an harassment restraining order violation at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway. She was booked and released.
Shotgun stolen
A theft of a 12-gauge shotgun was reported at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday at 2129 Highland Ave.

A sex crime with a child victim reported at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.
