Dear Albert Lea community,

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you that I have been offered and accepted a position to be director of business services in the Mankato Area Public School District. I plan on starting with Mankato in December.

I have appreciated my time working with my colleagues in our district. In fact, Albert Lea has the strongest administrative team that I have ever worked with. I have also valued the positive relationships that have been built over the last seven years with all the bargaining unit leadership. Together we have accomplished many things in our mission of educating our students.

I would like to thank Dr. Mike Funk for providing wonderful strategic leadership during my tenure here. I am so grateful and honored to have served this district and appreciate all the support Dr. Funk has provided to me.
