The next Freeborn County Historical Museum lecture in their series “Historically Speaking” will be “One Hundred Years of Minnesota and Freeborn County Presidential Election Results – 1916 to 2016.”

The lecture will examine how Minnesota and Freeborn County voted in the last 26 presidential elections. Attendees will be encouraged to share their recollections of the campaigns and the candidates.

The lecture will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 12 at the Freeborn County Historical Museum. The lecture is free to museum members and $5 for non-members. Refreshments will be served. The lecture is coordinated by museum board member Gary Schindler, who will also serve as the presenter of the lecture.
