Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Giselle Maria Turrubiartes for failing to obey a traffic-control device and possessing marijuana in a motor vehicle and Hallie Anita Cantu, 19, for possessing marijuana in a motor vehicle during a traffic stop at 6:17 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street.
