2 arrested on local warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Joseph Raymond Klein, 30, on two local warrants for failure to appear for domestic assault and a harassment restraining order violation at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday at 221 1/2 S. Pearl St.

Jeremiah Darwin VanRiper, 34, turned himself in on a local warrant for failure to appear for theft at 4:54 a.m. today at 411 S. Broadway.

Juvenile drug violations reported

Police cited two juveniles after drug violations were reported at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Items reported stolen

Three full-size drones, a case of Bic lighters and one knife were reported at 11:40 p.m Wednesday at Walgreen’s, 2751 E. Main St. Four African-American men in their early-to mid-20s were identified as suspects. Loss was estimated at $585.46.

Mail theft was reported at 12:28 p.m. Wednesday at 702 Glenview Drive.

A theft of speakers was reported at 1:32 p.m. Wednesday at 128 Garfield Ave.
