Church safe missing

A robbery was reported at 10:45 a.m. Sunday at Hollandale Reformed Church, 101 E. Park Ave. A safe was reported gone, but nothing was reported broken into. The safe was described as being dark green and 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide.

2 arrested for violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Travis Allen Oudekirk, 21, for carrying without a permit and having a loaded weapon in a motor vehicle at 11:31 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 45, south of Freeborn County Road 23. At the scene, deputies arrested Cassandra Danielle Liebold for fifth-degree possession. 

1 arrested for DWI

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Joseph Robert Seekon, 22, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 4:13 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of 830th Avenue and Freeborn County Road 25.

1 arrested on warrant

Tony Wayne Anderson reportedly turned himself in on a warrant at 9:20 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

Tree downed

A vehicle reportedly left a roadway, went through a garden and knocked down a tree at 3:25 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 65, in Glenville. No suspects were reported.
