Albert Lea police arrested Ssekandi Tekoure O’Neal, 27, on a local warrant at 10:41 p.m. Wednesday at 928 W. Front St.

Police arrested Reynaldo Quesada, 41, on a Hennepin County warrant at 2:09 a.m. today at 411 S. Broadway.

One person was reported transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea after a dog bite at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday.
