Bulldogs thump Huskies, move to 4-0

The Lake Mills girls’ basketball team rolled to another victory Saturday night over Nashua-Plainfield.
The Bulldogs scored 29 points in the first quarter on their way to an 82-41 drubbing of the Huskies.
Laura Knudtson poured in 24 points while shooting 9-10 from the field (6-7 from three) and sister trio Jessa Gasteiger, Jade Gasteiger and Jewell Gasteiger chipped in 13, 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Lake Mills led 51-19 at halftime.
It is now 4-0 on the season and has won its games by an average of 32.5 points.
Lake Mills will host Bishop Garrigan on Tuesday.
