Albert Lea police arrested David Joseph Eglseder, 53, for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 1:18 a.m. Saturday, near the intersection of South Broadway and East Main Street.

Police arrested Mason Luther Tuohy, 25, for third-degree DWI after an intoxicated person was reported at 3:10 a.m. Saturday at 906 W. Front St.

Police arrested Dawn Lenore Dace, 58, for a misdemeanor harassment restraining order violation at 1:38 p.m. Saturday at 2430 Bridge Ave.

2 arrested on warrants

Wendy Jean Woodson turned herself in on a local warrant at 4:32 a.m. today at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Caleb Rodney Buchanan, 34, on a local warrant after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 8:13 p.m. Saturday at 81876 110th St., outside Gordonsville.

2 cited for violations

Police cited Michael Ray Sanders Jr. 43, for misdemeanor theft after a theft was reported at 12:01 p.m. Saturday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Police cited Justin Jerad Herrera, 34, for possessing a small amount of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia and interfering with a peace officer at 12:02 a.m. Sunday at 1318 E. Main St.

Criminal damage reported

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a car that had reportedly crashed into a mailbox at 10:38 a.m. Sunday at 14335 860th Ave., outside Glenville.

Items missing

A wallet was reported missing and a debit card attempted to be used at Kwik Trip at 6:41 p.m. Friday at 2310 E. Main St.

A Samsung 7 Edge was reported stolen at 4:26 p.m. Sunday at 308 Water St.

Burglaries reported

A safe containing $3,000, birth and marriage certificates and car titles was reported missing from a house at 6:22 p.m. Saturday at 1440 Frank Hall Drive. Two handguns were also reported missing, and a door was reported damaged.

A burglary was reported at 2:43 a.m. Saturday at 1204 Virginia Place.

Disorderly conduct was reported at 10:21 p.m. Friday at 625 E. 16th St.

Disorderly conduct was reported at 12:31 p.m. Sunday at 1147 S. Broadway.
