1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Chase Lee Coleman, 39, for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Interstate 35 and U.S. Highway 65.

Police arrested Luke Paul Blake, 27, on a domestic abuse no contact order violation at 3:48 a.m. today at 1715 S.E. Marshall St.

2 cited on traffic stop

Albert Lea police cited Trevor Alan Utzka, 22, for possessing a small amount of marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop at 12:23 p.m. Tuesday at 1147 S. Broadway. At the scene, police cited Caleb Joseph Sousa, 27, for driving after revocation.

Internet fraud reported

Internet fraud was reported at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday at 2351 Hi Tech Ave. A questionable purchase was reported.

Assault reported

An assault was reported at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at 1715 Marshall St.
