Duplicate Bridge Club

Duplicate Bridge Club played at six tables on Dec. 20 at the Senior Center in Austin. Winners were Gene Domino and Rick Stroup, first place; Barb Engebretson and Orrin Roisen, second place; Lorraine Quinlivan and Barb Rofshus, third place; Gene Muchow and Ron Peters, fourth place; and Judy Bungum and Dave Solomonson, fifth place.

Duplicate bridge was played at eight tables on Dec. 21. Winners were Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen, first place; Loren Cleland and Bud Higgins, second place; Tom Flaherty and Stan Schultz, third place; Gail and Ray Schmidt, fourth place; Eunice Michael and Warren Behrends, fifth place; Larry Crowe and Jim Fisher, sixth place; and Vandy Newman and Ron Peters, seventh place.

Players come from Adams, Austin, Albert Lea, Rose Creek, Joice, Iowa, Mason City and Northwood to play Duplicate Bridge at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and noon on Wednesdays at the Senior Center. The group is open to anyone interested in joining.
