1 arrested for theft

Albert Lea police arrested Robert Craig Mosser, 53, for theft after a theft was reported at 11:14 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. Mosser, who was described as cooperative, was later booked and released.

1 cited for drug violation

Police cited one person for possessing drug paraphernalia at 12:22 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Theft reported

A theft was reported at 12:37 p.m. Thursday at 727 W. Front St. Lottery tickets were allegedly missing from a card that was sent to a family member.

Domestic incident reported

A domestic incident was reported at 4:50 p.m. Thursday at 225 E. Third St.
