2 arrested on warrants

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Jesus Bernal, 26, on a local warrant at 3:12 a.m. today at 411 S. Broadway.

Albert Lea police arrested Nathan Elliot Nolan, 32, on a warrant during a traffic stop at 12:57 a.m. today at the intersection of South First Avenue and West William Street.

Thefts by fraud reported

A counterfeit $100 bill was reported used to pay a food bill at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday at Applebee’s, 2740 Bridge Ave. Suspects allegedly left before the incident was reported.

Theft by fraud was reported at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday at 300 W. Main St. in Glenville.
