1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Kristopher Michael Moen, 28, for second-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 7:45 p.m. Thursday at 909 Janson St. 

Thefts reported

Police cited a male for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting after a theft was reported at 12:36 p.m. Thursday at Shopko, 2708 Bridge Ave. The male was taken to the emergency room for an evaluation.

Ciroc, Grey Goose, Patron, Hennessy, Crown Royal and Jameson liquors were reported stolen at 3 a.m. Thursday at Eastside Liquor.

A theft was reported at 1:15 p.m. Thursday at 1715 S.E. Marshall St.

Theft by fraud was reported at 1:51 p.m. Thursday at 206 1/2 W. Clark St. A debit card number was allegedly fraudulently used online.

A car trailer was reported stolen from a property at 11:16 a.m. Thursday at 951 W. Plaza St.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Haley Jade Dorman, 23, on a local warrant at 8:43 p.m. Thursday at 1550 Blake Ave.

Child in need of protection reported

A child in need of protection was reported at 2:39 p.m. Thursday in Albert Lea.

Window broken

A back window was reported broken out of a 2004 Buick at 4:27 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Water Street and North Washington Avenue. No suspects were identified. Damage was estimated at $150.
