2 arrested on warrants, violations
Police arrested Joseph Allen Deleon, 28, on a Faribault County warrant at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and East William Street. DeLeon was cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested Amy Kay Reyes, 39, on a warrant during a traffic stop at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of East Fifth Street. Reyes was cited for driving after revocation.
1 arrested for felony violation
Albert Lea police arrested Alipio Santiago Veitia, 50, on a felony domestic abuse no-contact order violation after an order for protection violation was reported at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday at 1324 South Shore Drive.
1 cited for liquor violation
Police cited one person for possessing alcohol after a liquor law violation was reported at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday at Southwest Middle School, 1601 W. Front St.
Thefts reported
A purse was reported stolen at 2:26 p.m. Sunday at MarketPlace Foods, 1619 W. Main St.
A theft was reported at 5:55 p.m. Monday at 1515 Blake Ave.
A theft of a wallet and Xbox controller were reported at 4:41 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The incident allegedly occurred Jan. 22.
A theft of a laptop was reported at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday at 224 S. Broadway.
